8 oz andouille sausage, sliced into 1 inch pieces
8 oz smoked sausage, sliced into 1 inch pieces
1 green pepper, chopped
1 large can tomatoes
1 c uncooked brown rice
8 oz chicken, cooked
1 bunch green onions, slices

Directions:
Directions:
Heat skillet on medium til hot. Add sausage and pepper and cook 5 minutes.
Stir in tomatoes with their juice, rice, chicken, 1/2 c water, and 1/4 t salt. Heat to boiling on high. Reduce heat to low, cover and simmer 10 minutes or until rice is cooked. Remove skillet from heat and stir in onions.
