1 1/2 lb. Ground Beef
1 Small Onion
1/2 c. Uncooked Rice
1/2 c. Cracker Crumbs
1 Egg
1/2 t. Salt
Pepper to taste
16 oz Can Tomato Sauce
2 T. Sugar
4 T. Vinegar
2 t. Worcestershire Sauce
1/2 c. Chopped Onions

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ground meat onion, rice, cracker crumbs, egg, and seasonings. Shape into balls about the size of a golf ball and place in greased casserole dish. Pour tomato sauce over balls. Bake at 375º for 1 hour. Serve over rice.

If you Don't have all the ingredients for the sauce, a can of condensed Tomato soup with a can of water can be substituted.
