3 C. Flour (Sifted)
1/2 C. Butter (or margarine)
1 1/2 C. Sugar
2 Eggs
1 t. Vanilla
1 t. Salt
1/2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Baking Soda
1 C. Sour Cream
Cinnamon and Sugar mixture

Directions:
Directions:
Measure flour, salt, baking powder and soda into a sifter . Cream butter with sugar until well blended. Beat in eggs and vanilla. Sift in flour mixture adding alternating with sour cream and blend well into a thick batter.

Drop by rounded tablespoon, 4" apart on greased cookie sheets, spread into 2" rounds and sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar mixture. Bake at 400 º for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden around edges.

Remove from cookie sheets, cool completely on wire racks.
