Ingredients:
Ingredients:
1 box Devil's Food Cake Mix
2 eggs
2 Tbsp water
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil
1/2 c cocoa
1 pkg. Chocolate Chips
2-3 drops Wilton's Candy Mint Flavoring

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º. Combine cake mix, eggs, water cooking oil and cocoa. Blend together well - it will be a very sticky mess. Let stand for 20 minutes, then shape into very small 1/2 inch balls. Place these balls on a cookie sheet 2 inches apart and smash down flat. Spray a large spoon or water glass bottom with Pam to make cookies flat. Bake for 8 minutes and cool to room temperature.

Heat chocolate chips in either the microwave or in a double boiler. When completely melted, add a couple of drops of mint flavoring. Be careful not to add too much, it is a powerful flavoring. You can either spread the melted chocolate on the cookies or dip them in the chocolate.

Umm Umm, don't these cookies bring back precious memories when we used to buy boxes and boxes and freeze to savor for later?
