1 1/2 cup sugar
1 cup cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt

Directions:

Sift several times, store in jar with tight fitting lid.

Use 3 heaping tsp. (or 3 level tbsp. to a cup).

Add hot water to make a paste - then add remaining hot water.
