2 eggs
1 can creamed corn
1 can corn undrained
1/2 cup melted butter
1 cup sour cream
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 small pkg corn muffin mix

Directions:
Directions:
Beat eggs, stir in creamed corn, corn and butter. Add sour cream. Fold in muffin mix and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into greased casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake at 350º for 35 minutes or until golden brown.

I have found that some casserole dishes are too deep and may require a longer cooking time.
