2/3 c.evaporated milk 2/3 c. cracker crumbs
1/2 c.chopped onions 1 tsp.seasoned salt
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef

13 1/2 oz can pineapple chunks 2 T. cornstarch
1/4 c. brown sugar 2 T. soy sauce
1/4 c cider vinegar 1 c. bell peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Combine: evaporated milk, cracker crumbs, onions,seasoned salt and ground beef and form meat balls or patties, and brown.

Drain pineapple chunks. save the pineapple juice and add enough water to the juice to make 1 cup.
In sauce pan: combine the juice with cornstarch, soy sauce, brown sugar, and vinegar.
Heat until thick and clear. Add pineapple chunks and bell peppers.
Cover browned meat balls (or patties) with sauce and simmer. serve with rice.
