25 medium sized cucumbers
10 medium onions
1/2 cup salt
1 pint vinegar
1/2 pint water
2 cups sugar
2 tsp. mustard seed
2 tsp. celery seed
1/2 tumeric

Directions:
Directions:
Cut onion and cucumbers in slices; place in bowl in layers with salt. Allow to stand 2 to 3 hours, then drain. Mix remaining ingredients, bring to boiling, add the cucumbers and onions and boil for 5 minutes.

Place in hot, sterilzed jars - makes 10 pints.

I place the jars in a hot water bath (cold pk method) for 10 minutes to insure a good seal.
