1 c. brown sugar
1 cube margarine
1T. corn syrup (or pancake syrup)
1 tsp baking soda
1 c. unpopped popcorn.
salt to taste
optional: peanuts,

Directions:
Directions:
Pop the popcorn, and pour into a clean large brown grocherie bag. :) clean up is quick and easy!
Melt in microwave safe bowl until bubbly; brown sugar, corn syrup, and butter. Once this is bubbly, stir in baking soda -this will start foaming.
Pour foaming syrup onto popcorn in bag.
Roll down top of bag and place in microwave on high for one minute. Take bag out of microwave. (don't peak). shake quickly to get all popcorn covered, then microwave on high again one more minute.
Take bag out and shake again. Pour popcorn onto cookie sheet and salt to taste. mix with peanuts if desired.
ready to eat.
