1 head lettuce
1/2 cup of each: celery, green peppers, red onion
1 cup green peas
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise
2 tbsp. sugar
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
8 strips of bacon

Directions:
Directions:
Fill a large salad bowl half full of shredded lettuce (one large head) do not tear; shred to make it fluffy.

Add in layers the following ingredients:
First, 1/2 cup each: chopped celery, green peppers, red onion.
Second, 1 cup green peas, drained.
Third, 1 cup sour cream and 1 cup mayonnaise, mixed.
Fourth, sprinkle 2 tbsp. sugar over dressing
Fifth, sprinkle 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.
Lastly, sprinkle 8 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled.

Cover with plastic wrap. Refrigerate at least 8 hours. (Will keep 3-4 days.)
