1/8 onion
4-5 sprigs cilantro
1-3 cloves of garlic
juice from 1/2 lime or lemon
1,2, or 3 jalapeņo peppers
1/8 green bell pepper
1 tsp salt

Remove most of the seeds from the jalapeņos for more mild salsa (seeds make it hotter). Chop all ingredients and mix together.
