12 med. mushrooms
1 8oz package cream cheese
1/2 lb. bacon
1/4 c. minced sweet onion
1 tsp. celery salt
1 tsp. parsley

Directions:
Directions:
wash, stem, and dry mushrooms.
(set aside the mushroom caps)
cut bacon into strips and fry until crisp. drain.
add minced onions, and minced mushroom stems, add celery salt and minced parsley. Mix all of the above (except mushroom caps) into cream cheese. stuff small amounts into mushroom caps. cover with plastic and chill until ready to serve.
cook in microwave 3 minutes. serve hot.
-> tell people to watch out for burned tongues!
