1 box yellow coffee cake mix
1 box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 c. whiskey
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. milk
5 large eggs
2 c. cranberries
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350ºF. Grease well bundt or tube pan.

Mix cake mix, pudding, whiskey, oil, milk and eggs on low speed. Beat 2-3 minutes more at high speed. Fold in nuts, coconut and cranberries. Bake for 55 minutes. Cool in pan 10 minutes then turn out onto cake rack. Sprinkle with powdered sugar when cool.
