1 package of protabella mushrooms
2 Tbls. butter
1 can (14oz) of beef broth
2 Tbls. whipping cream
Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in pan, put in mushrooms (cut up), saute on medium heat until the moisture has boiled off, add the beef broth and allow the broth to reduce. Then add the whipping cream and stir for a few minutes. Serve on steak.
