1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
1 lg. onion, chopped
2 garlic cloves, chopped or minced
4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
3 c. chicken broth
2 Tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
1 tsp. dried oregano leaves
1 tsp. ground cumin
2 Tbsp. lime juice
1/4 tsp. salt
2 cans great northern beans, drained
2 cans butter beans, drained
2 cans whole kernel white corn, drained
1/4 tsp. tobasco sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Place vegetable oil in dutch oven over medium heat. Cook onion and garlic, stirring occasionally until onion is tender. Add cooked chicken, and stir in the remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer one hour.
