1 c. sugar
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 egg beaten
21/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. allspice
1/4 tsp. ground cloves
1 c. buttermilk
11/2 c. chopped rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts, optional
1/3 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Cream together 1 c. sugar, brown sugar, and butter. Add vanilla and beaten egg. Swift together flour, salt baking soda allspice and cloves and add alternately with buttermilk. Fold in rhubarb and nuts. Combine 1/2 c. sugar and 3/4 tsp cinnamon; mix well. Grease bundt pan pour 1/2 of batter into pan-then 1/2 of topping mixture, remaining batter and remaining topping. Bake 350 degrees 50-60 minutes. Remove allow to cool 10 min. before turning out on serving platter
