2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp flour
1 tsp salt
1 tsp dry mustard
Seasoned bread crumbs
2 1/2 c milk
1 1/2 c grated cheddar cheese
8 oz. macaroni

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º - Melt butter and add dry ingredients (not bread crumbs) Add milk gradually and heat, stirring constantly until sauce thickens. Add cheese and stir until melted. Cook and drain macaroni. Add sauce and put in a 2 qt. baking dish. Top with more cheese and bread crumbs and paprika. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
