5 pounds boil, peel, mashed sweet potatoes
3 eggs
2/3 cup sugar
2/3 cup melted butter
1/3 cup cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
1/2 teaspoon allspice
TOPPING
1/2 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
3 tablespoons cut in small pieces butter

Mix together all ingredients for casserole. Make topping and sprinkle on top. Bake 60 to 70 minutes at 350.
