8 ounces spaghetti, broken into pieces
2 tbsp butter
1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 egg, well beaten
1 pounds ground beef
cup chopped green pepper
2 tbsp vegetable oil
1 15.5 oz. jar spaghetti sauce
1 tsp
tsp oregano
tsp garlic salt
16 ounces cottage cheese
8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese

Cook spaghetti, drain. Place in 9 x 13 baking dish. Stir in margarine, parmesan cheese, salt, pepper & egg. Spread mixture evenly in pan. Saute ground beef, onion & green pepper until meat is brown. Drain off fat. Stir in spaghetti sauce, sugar, oregano and garlic salt. Spread cottage cheese over spaghetti layer. Top with meat mixture. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over top and bake 10 minutes more. Let stand 15 minutes before cutting.
