2 cups diced potatoes
1 chopped onion
2 squid
¼ pound shrimp
¼ pound scallops
1 can clams, drained
¼ pound Monk fish
1 can chicken broth
2 cups water
1 bottle clam juice
1 pint half and half
1 juice of lemon
¼ cup flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Sauté onion in 2 tbsp oil. Add potatoes, fish chicken broth water, clam juice and lemon juice. Combine half and half with flour and add to mixture. Simmer for at least 2 hours—do not boil.
