2/3 cup butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 1/3 cups flour
1 cup sugar
1 cup light corn syrup
1 6 oz. package butterscotch morsels
1 1/4 cups peanut butter
3 cups corn flakes
1 tablespoon melted butter
1 square melted chocolate
1 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 to 2 tablespoons milk

Directions:

Cream together 2/3 cup butter and brown sugar. Add flour. Press in bottom of ungreased 13 x 9 pan. Bake at 350 for 15 - 20 minutes. Let cool. Combine in large sauce pan and bring to boil 1 cup sugar and corn syrup. Immediately stir in butterscotch morsels and peanut butter. When melted, add corn flakes. Spread over crust. Make frosting using 1 tbsp melted butter, melted chocolate, powdered sugar, vanilla and milk. Frost peanut butter layer. Cut into bars.
