1 cup vinegar
cup sugar
cup oil
8 oz. cooked and drained Rainbow Rotini pasta
1 cup sliced black olives
1 cup chopped green pepper
1 medium onion, chopped
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp basil
tsp garlic powder
tsp pepper
tsp oregano
cup Parmesan cheese

Mix vinegar, sugar and oil in small saucepan. Cover over low heat just until sugar is dissolved; Cool. Pour over pasta mixture, tossing to coat well. Chill thoroughly. May add broccoli, radishes, tomatoes for flavor and color.
