1 cup sugar
½ cup light corn syrup
Salt
1 to 1 ½ cups shelled raw peanuts
1 tbsp butter
1 ½ tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
1. Grease a baking sheet heavily. Combine sugar, corn syrup and salt in 3 qt. casserole. Stir in peanuts. Microwave at high until brown, 8 to 10 minutes or more, stirring once or twice. 2. stir in remaining ingredients until light and foamy. Quickly spread on greased baking sheet. Spread as thin as possible. Cool; break into pieces.
