1 lb. polish sausage, sliced into 1/4" thick slices
1 medium red onion, diced
1 medium green bell pepper, diced
1 medium cabbage, chopped into bite sized pieces
1 (14.5 oz.) can diced tomatoes, undrained
1 t. salt
1/2 t. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Saute sausage in a large nonstick skillet over medium high heat until browned. Remove sausage from pan. Saute onion and bell pepper 3 minutes. Stir in cabbage and cover. Cook, stirring occasionally, 15 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in cooked sausage, tomatoes, salt and pepper. Cook until heated.
