1 12 oz. can chilled and whipped evaporated skim milk
1 sm pkg lemon flavored gelatin
1 cup boiling water
1 8 oz. package softened non fat cream cheese
1 juice of lemon
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 cups low fat graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup sugar

Make graham cracker crust and press 1/2 to 3/4 into bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Dissolve lemon jello in boiling water. Let cool but not set. Cream together cream cheese, lemon juice, sugar and vanilla. Beat in jello. Fold this mixture into whipped evaporated milk. Spread over crust. Top with remaining crumb mixture. Chill.
