1 8 oz. package lasagna noodles
2 pounds ground beef
2 medium onions, chopped
½ pound sliced mushrooms
1 clove minced garlic
½ green bell pepper, chopped
1 tsp salt and pepper
1 pound ricotta cheese
1 pound mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp chopped parsley
3 10 oz. cans tomato puree
1 bay leaf
¼ tsp oregano
¼ tsp thyme
2 tsp sugar
1 cube beef flavored bouillon

In a large skillet sauté meat with onion, mushrooms, garlic, green pepper, celery and parsley until meat is done. Add spices and bouillon cube. Add tomato puree. Cover and simmer for 1 ½ to 2 hours. Cook noodles; Alternate layer of sauce, noodles, cheese, ending with cheese. Bake.
