1 15 oz. can cooked tomatoes
1 15 oz. can tomato sauce
1 pound ground beef
6 oz. ground pork
1 medium onion
2 cloves garlic
1 tbsp oregano
1 tsp basil
2 tbsp parsley flakes
1 tsp salt
1 recipe cheese mixture-follows
Lasagna noodles
Mozzarella cheese
Cheese Mixture
1 24 oz. Cottage cheese (small curd)
cup Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp parsley
tsp salt
1 tsp oregano
1 cup mozzarella cheese (grated)

Brown meat. Drain. Combine ingredients for sauce and meat. Cook covered for hour, then uncovered another hour. Cook noodles. Layer noodles with sauce, cheese mixture mozzarella cheese, and again with the same mixture top with sauce and extra mozzarella cheese on to layer. Bake 45 minutes at 350. If it is has been in the refrigerator, cook an extra 10 minutes.
