2 (16 oz) pkgs Jimmy Dean bulk sausage
1-1/2 cup bisquick
4 cups cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup onion, chopped
1/2 cup celery, chopped
2 tsp black pepper
dash of garlic powder optional

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients together and form into one inch balls. Bake at 375º until lightly browned. Serve hot. Can make ahead and freeze uncooked. I like to use the hot sausage or the sage flavor is good too.

If you prefer a firmer texture, use 3 cups of bisquick and 2 cups of cheese, instead of the above amounts.
