2 pounds potatoes
4 hard boiled eggs
½ cup sugar
½ cup water
½ cup vinegar
½ cup bacon grease
1 tbsp salt
2 tbsp cornstarch
6 slices bacon
½ cup onions
Directions:
Directions:
Boil potatoes. Peel if desired. Fry bacon crisp and let cool. Dice potatoes and crumble bacon into crock pot. In skillet, mix grease, sugar, water, vinegar and onions. Cook on medium heat until onions are tender. Add cornstarch and bring to boil until thickens. Dice eggs in crockpot. Add salt and other ingredients. Stir.
