4 cups sugar
1 cup milk
1 tsp. vanilla
25 large marshmallows
1 cup butter
13 oz. milk chocolate
13 oz. semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 oz. baking chocolate
1 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, milk, vanilla and butter. Bring to a boil for 2 minutes. Turn off heat. Add marshmallows. Stir well until melted. Add chocolate, one kind at a time. Stir until melted. Add nuts. Put in large greased sheet pan to set. Cool before cutting. Note: Use whole milk and real dairy butter. Cut milk chocolate, unsweetened chocolate and marshmallows in small pieces to melt faster.
