Crock Pot Dressing Recipe

1 cup margarine
2 cups chopped onions
2 cups chopped celery
1 loaf white bread
1 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 ˝ tsp. salt
1 ˝ tsp. sage
1 tsp. thyme
˝ tsp. pepper
1 can turkey broth
2 well beaten eggs

Melt margarine and sauté onion and celery. Pour over bread cubes and add all seasonings. Toss together well. Pour in enough broth to moisten. Add beaten eggs and mix well. Pack tightly into crockpot. Cover and set on high for 45 minutes, then reduce to low for 4 – 8 hours.
