6 pork chops
1 onion (sliced)
6 T. uncooked rice
1 tomato (sliced) (optional)
1 can tomato soup
1 can water

Directions:
Directions:
Arrange pork chops in a greased baking dish. Lay a thick slice of onion on each chop. Then a level Tablespoon of rice on each chop. Next a layer of tomato.
Pour tomato soup and water over chops, and cover and bake at 350º for about 1 1/2 hours.
