2 cups sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup hot water
2 sticks margarine
2 tablespoons cocoa
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 teaspoon baking soda
cup buttermilk
6 tablespoons milk
1 stick margarine
3 tablespoons cocoa
1 box confectioners sugar
1 cup chopped nuts

Mix together sugar and flour. Combine hot water, margarine and cocoa in saucepan. Cook to a small boil stirring constantly. Pour into sugar and flour. Add eggs and vanilla. Mix soda in buttermilk. Add to the rest of batter. Stir until well blended. Bake at 350 for 30 to 40 minutes. Frosting: Combine milk, margarine and cocoa in saucepan. Bring to a rolling boil, remove from heat. Beat in confectioners sugar and nuts. Beat until smooth.
