2 lbs. Country Style Ribs, beef or pork
Favorite Bottle of BBQ Sauce (We like Sweet Baby Rays)
1/2 Bottle Dark Beer
2 T. Honey
1/4 C. Brown Sugar
1-2 T. Tabasco, Texas Pete's or other Hot Sauce
1-2 T. Dry Red Pepper Chili Flakes
1 Onion Chopped
1 Bell Pepper Chopped
Hamburger or Kaiser rolls

Directions:

Season meat with salt and pepper. Brown in a lightly greased skillet on all sides.

Transfer meat to a Pam sprayed or lined crockpot.
Mix remaining ingredients together and pour over meat.

Cook on low 8-10 hours. The longer these cook, the more tender the meat.

After cooking, use 2 forks to shred the meat and serve on rolls.

You can make this as mild or spicy as you like by controlling the amount of hot sauce and pepper flakes. We like it spicy, so that's what the recipe calls for.
