2 lb. cooked carrots
2 cups sugar
6 eggs
2 sticks margarine
6 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
2 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mash carrots; gradually add other ingredients;add baking powder and vanilla last. Beat or whip until smooth. Place in casserole. Bake 30 to 45 min. at 350 or until firm.
Note: Make sure that the carrots are very done before adding other ingredients.
