1 egg
1/4 cup milk
1 tablespoon salad oil
2 tablespoons sugar
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 cup pancake mix
1 No. 2-1/2 can peach slices
1 tablespoon tapioca

Directions:
Directions:
Combine egg, milk, salad oil, salt and pancake mix. Beat with rotary beater until well blended. Cook peaches, juice and tapioca until thickened. Pour into 1-1/2 quart casserole. Pour batter over the peach mixture. Bake at 350º for 30 minutes.
