1 pound hamburger
1 egg
1/2 cup bread crumbs
Puff pastry

Mix bread crumbs and egg to hamburger. Make small logs 2 inches each, (about 12 of them).
Bake at 350º for about 2 minutes.
Roll Puff Pastry into long strips, then cut into 3 inch strips.
Roll pastry around meat, brush with an egg mixture, and pick the log with a fork. Bake in a hot oven 400º - 425º for about 10 - 15 minutes.
