3 cups flour, 2 tsp. baking soda, 1 tsp. salt, 2 cups sugar, 1/3 c. cocoa, 1 tsp. vanilla, 3/4 c. cooking oil, 2 tsp. vinegar, 2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. Mix in a 13x9x2" baking pan. Make 3 holes in mix, pour vanilla, oil and vinegar in holes. Pour water over oil and blend well with fork. Bake for twenty five to thirty minutes or until a tooth pick comes out clean. Cool on rack until cool and icing.

The topping I preffer is one by Duncan Hines, called "Cocnut Pecan". Great topped with real whipped cream!
