2 T. butter
2 Cloves garlic (finely chopped)
8-10 medium shrimp (peeled and cleaned)
1/2 lb. fettuccine, cooked (al dente)
2 T. fresh chopped parsley
1 1/2 c. half & half or light cream
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cracked pepper
3/4 c. Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)

1. Melt butter in medium saucepan. Add garlic, saute lightly about 2 minutes. Add shrimp, saute until shrimp become firm and opaque, about 2 min.

2. Add fettuccine and parsley; stir lightly. Add half & half, salt and pepper, let simmer abut 3 min. Remove from heat.

3. Add cheese. Stir gently. Serve immediately.
