1 lb. liver (ground)
1 med. onion (chopped fine)
1 T. parsley (chopped fine)
3 c. flour
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. basil
Salt/Pepper to taste
2 T. milk

Directions:
Directions:
1. Mix all ingredients together. Heat 2-3 quarts of water to boiling. Place mixture on platter and scrape dough off into water with sharp knife in small chunks and boil for about 20-25 min. Drain well in colander. Serve with gravy.

2. Dumplings can also be fried with a little bacon grease and onion after removing from boiling water.

3. Dumping can be froze for later use.
