1 package 9 oz. Italian-style green beans
2 T. olive oil
1 T. butter
2 small onions, sliced
1/2 green pepper, sliced
1 medium tomato
1 T. sugar
1 T. lemon juice
salt to taste (optional)
RECIPE MAYBE DOUBLED

Directions:
Directions:
1- Saute onion and green pepper in olive oil and butter for 5 minutes or until onion are transparent.
2- Add the tomato which has been peeled and cut into chunks.
3- Add the sugar, lemon juice, and frozen beans. Separate the frozen beans with a fork.
4- Place saute pan over heat and simmer for 15 to 20 minutes.
