1 c. flour, 1 c. oleo, 1/2 c. finely chopped nuts, 16oz. cream cheese, 2 c. powdered sugar, 1 large container cool whip, 1 large box instant chocolate pudding, 3 c. milk

Directions:
Directions:
Layer 1- Mix together first 3 ingredients. Put into 9x13 pan and bake at 375º for 15-20 minutes or until browned.
Layer 2- Cream together, cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold into 2 cups of cool whip. Put on top of layer 1 after layer has cooled.
Layer 3- Beat together chocolate pudding and milk. Add to layer 2.
Layer 4- Add remaining cool whip to top it all off!
