1 package pocket bread, 1 head of lettuce (shredded), 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 container sour cream, 1 can sliced black olives, 1 small can cooked chicken breasts, 1 package mixed shredded cheese, 1 jar salsa, 1 can corn with red peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Cut pocket sandwich bread in half. Layer vegetables, olives, chicken cheese, corn with peppers, sour cream and salsa in pocket bread. Serve.
