2 lbs. ground beef
1 medium onion (chopped)
1/2 c. crushed soda crackers
1 egg
2 garlic cloves
2 c. instant rice
1 can Campbell's tomato soup
3 soup cans water
salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Combine meat, onion, crackers, egg and rice. Mix and roll into balls. In a 4-5 quart sauce pan, pour soup, water, garlic cloves, salt and pepper. Add meatballs and boil until soup thickens slightly and meat is cooked (about 35-40 minutes)
