1 head cabbage, shredded fine, sprinkle with salt
3 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
1 cup water
1 teaspoon celery seed
1 teaspoon mustard seed

Directions:
Directions:
Let cabbage stand for 10 minutes, then squeeze out all juice. Heat sugar, vinegar, water, celery seed and mustard seed. Cool a little then pour over cabbage. When cooled put in a jar and put in the refrigerator.
