1 package lime gelatin
1 cup hot water
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 cup grated carrots
1 cup finely chopped celery
1 cup cottage cheese
1 teaspoon grated onion
dash of salt
1 tablespoon lemon juice
Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve gelatin in hot water and allow to cool. Add remainder of the ingredients. Pour into mold and chill until set.
