1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 cup sugar
2 eggs beaten
3 bananas (mashed)
2 cups flour
1 tsp. soda
1/2 tsp. baking powder
3 T. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 cup chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Cream oil and sugar. Add eggs and banana and beat well. Add milk and vanilla, beat well. Add dry ingredients except nuts beat well. Stir in nuts. Bake in a greased loaf pan lined in bottom with wax paper. Bake 60 minutes at 350º. Cool well.
