1 pound box elbow macaroni
1 jar REAL mayonnaise
1/4 c. cider vinegar
1/3 c. sugar
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 green pepper, diced
1 red pepper, diced
4 stalks celery, diced
1 red onion, diced
1 pepperoni stick, diced
1 block sharp cheddar cheese, diced
1/2 tbsp celery seeds
1/2 jar sweet gherkins, diced

Directions:

Boil macaroni until done - as al dente is preferred. Drain, rinse with cold water and set aside. In a large mixing/serving bowl, add the pickles, onions, celery, pepperoni, cheese, green pepper & celery.
In a separate bowl, nix the entire jar of mayo, sugar & vinegar. Stir well to taste - may need to add more sugar and/or vinegar.
Add rained macaroni to serving dish and sprinkle with celery seeds and salt & pepper. Add the sauce mixture and stir very well! Cover and refrigerate until chilled through and ready to serve!
