3 Tbl canola oil
1 lb. lean steak, cut in strips
1/2 onion, cut in rings
3 stalks celery, cut up
1/2 pkg. green beans, french cut style
1 can mushrooms, drained
1/2 c. water chestnuts, sliced
1 Tbl. cornstarch
1/2 tsp. sugar
3. Tbl soy sauce
1/2 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oil in a large skillet.
Brown meat on med. high.
Add onion, celery, beans, mushrooms and chestnuts.
Cook stirring lightly.
Then cover and simmer.
Combine cornstarch, sugar, soy sauce and water in a dish. Add to skillet.
Stir until thick and bubbly.
Serve over rice.
