2 c. flour
2 egg yolks
1 whole egg
water or chicken broth
pinch of salt

Directions:
Directions:
Make hole in flour. Put in slightly beaten eggs, add salt and enough water to make a ball. Drop by the teaspoons into boiling water or chicken broth.

I add a little oil to the water to make it easier to drop dumplings into water.
